In these Terms, the words "we", "us", "our" and "Kids O'Day" all mean the service operated by Gitardor Limited at kidsoday.com. The words "you" and "your" mean the parent or guardian who opens an account, makes a purchase, or uses the platform.

These Terms, together with our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us. Where this agreement mentions money, billing or refunds, the Payment Policy gives the detail. Where it mentions personal data, the Privacy Policy gives the detail.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Kids O'Day. If you are using the platform on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms for both yourself and the child in your care.

• Children may use the platform only with the permission, and under the supervision, of the parent or guardian who owns the account.
• You agree to give accurate information when you sign up, and to keep it up to date.
• One account is intended for one family. Plans and content are for your household's personal use, not for schools, businesses or groups, unless we agree that in writing.

• Please keep your password private and do not share your login with people outside your household.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, so let us know promptly if you think someone else has gained access.
• We may need to contact you about your account using the email address you provide, so please keep it current.

Because our plans, products and prices may change over time, the authoritative details are always the ones displayed on the Pricing and Shop pages when you check out. The full detail of how billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work is set out in our Payment Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

If these rules are broken, we may limit, suspend or close the account involved, as described in Section 12.

When you subscribe or buy a product, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to access and enjoy that content for your family's private use, for as long as your access lasts. This is a licence to use the content, not a transfer of ownership.

The Kids O'Day name, logo and brand belong to Gitardor Limited. Please do not use them, or reproduce our content, for commercial purposes or in any way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

We curate our content with children in mind and we work to keep the platform free of inappropriate material and outside advertising. We ask that you supervise young children as they use the platform, choose content suited to your child's age, and manage screen time in the way that is right for your family.

If you ever see something that does not seem right, please tell us through our Contact page so we can look into it quickly.

We may add, change, improve or remove books, features, plans or parts of the platform at any time. We aim to keep the service available without interruption, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance from time to time.

Some parts of the service rely on trusted third parties, for example our payment provider for processing payments and our hosting and technology providers for running the platform. Their own terms and policies apply to the parts they handle. We choose our partners carefully, but we are not responsible for services we do not control.

Our content is created for learning and entertainment. It is a wonderful companion to your child's education, but it is not a replacement for school, for a qualified teacher, or for professional advice where that is needed. Every child learns at their own pace, so we do not and cannot promise any particular result, grade or outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kids O'Day and Gitardor Limited are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that may arise from using, or being unable to use, the platform, such as loss of data, loss of profit, or disappointment with results. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under the law that cannot legally be removed.

Where we are found responsible for something, our total liability to you will not be more than the amount you paid to Kids O'Day in the twelve months before the issue arose.

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. As explained in the Payment Policy, cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if the account is used unlawfully, or if it is necessary to protect other families or the platform. Where it is fair and possible to do so, we will let you know.

If a disagreement ever arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it together in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be handled by the courts of Nigeria. If you use Kids O'Day from another country, you remain responsible for following any local laws that apply to you.

If we make an important change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. By continuing to use Kids O'Day after an update, you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to glance over this page now and then so you always know where you stand.
